Biofeedback therapy: Using modern physiological scientific instruments, through the feedback of physiological or pathological information in the human body, the patient can eliminate the pathological process and make the patient physically and mentally healthy. There is a certain correlation between psychological reactions and physiological activities. Psychosocial factors affect emotional reactions through consciousness, causing abnormal changes in internal organ activities that are not governed by consciousness, resulting in the occurrence of diseases. Biofeedback therapy puts normal unconscious physiological activities under conscious control and establishes new behavior patterns through biofeedback training to achieve conscious control of visceral activities and glandular secretion. Clinical observation shows that meditation combined with biofeedback therapy is more effective in improving anxiety and insomnia in tumor patients, and a course of 10 times, one hour each time, is a non-pharmacological treatment method without side effects, and is reimbursed by medical insurance.
