What are the late manifestations of highly differentiated lung adenocarcinoma?

The manifestations of advanced stage of highly differentiated lung adenocarcinoma are relatively diverse, including symptoms caused by primary tumor, symptoms of local spread of tumor and symptoms of distant metastasis of tumor. 1. Symptoms caused by primary tumor: primary tumor of lung can cause cough, sputum, hemoptysis, shortness of breath, wheezing, chest pain, fever, emaciation and so on. 2. Symptoms caused by local spread of tumor: tumor invading the pleura can cause chest pain; tumor compressing the recurrent laryngeal nerve can cause hoarseness; tumor compressing or invading the esophagus can cause dysphagia; tumor invading the pericardium can cause pericardial effusion. 3. Symptoms of distant tumor metastasis: metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma to brain can cause headache, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms of increased intracranial pressure; bone metastasis can cause local pain and pathologic fracture; abdominal metastasis can cause abdominal pain, jaundice, liver enlargement, and peritoneal fluid accumulation and other manifestations. Patients with advanced stage of hyperfractionated lung adenocarcinoma should go to the hospital in time to improve the examination, diagnose clearly and then treat symptomatic symptoms in time to alleviate their symptoms.
