What’s wrong with walking with chest pain and breathlessness?

There are many clinical conditions that can cause chest pain and breathlessness when walking, such as unstable angina, cardiac insufficiency, pulmonary malignancy, tuberculosis and so on. When patients develop the above clinical symptoms, they should actively seek medical attention, improve relevant examinations, clarify the diagnosis, and take appropriate treatment according to the diagnosis. If the patient has chest pain and dyspnea due to pulmonary tuberculosis, anti-tuberculosis treatment is required, and if there is pleural effusion, thoracentesis and fluid extraction are required. If the patient has chest pain and dyspnea due to lung tumor, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted cellular drug therapy may be considered depending on the condition. If the patient has chest pain and dyspnea because of unstable angina pectoris or cardiac insufficiency, treatment with cardiotonic, diuretic, vasodilator, anti-platelet aggregation, lipid regulating and other related drugs can be used according to the condition.
