What foods are not suitable for cavity infarcts

Patients with lacunar cerebral infarction are not suitable to eat high-fat, high-salt and high-sugar foods. Patients with lacunar cerebral infarction suffer from lesions and occlusion of blood vessel walls due to various reasons, resulting in ischemic necrosis of brain tissues in cerebral artery-supplied areas. Among them, greasy diet is also one of the risk factors, so patients with lacunar cerebral infarction are not suitable to eat high-fat food, such as fatty meat, offal, fried food and so on. High blood pressure is also one of the risk factors for lacunar cerebral infarction. For patients with combined high blood pressure, it is not suitable to eat foods containing more salt, such as pickled foods and peppery foods. Diabetes mellitus is also a risk factor. For patients with diabetes mellitus, it is not suitable to eat foods with high sugar content, such as desserts and milk tea. In addition to diet, patients with lacunar cerebral infarction should also develop good living habits, quit smoking and drinking, take medication as prescribed by the doctor to prevent progression and recurrence of the disease, and seek timely medical attention when discomfort occurs so as to avoid delaying the disease.
