Abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting may be acute gastroenteritis, gastric ulcer, gastric cancer, etc. You can go to the hospital for examination to identify the condition and take general treatment such as dietary adjustments, montelukast, omeprazole, amoxicillin and other medications, surgical treatment, and so on.
1. Acute gastroenteritis: patients should adjust the diet, light and easy to digest diet, avoid spicy and stimulating food. Commonly used medications for treatment include probiotic preparations such as Bifidobacterium triplex tablets, intestinal mucosal protectants such as montelukast, antidiarrheal medications such as loperamide, and medications to reduce the excessive secretion of electrolytes and water, such as elimination of cardotoxin, and so on.
2. Gastric ulcer: commonly used drugs include omeprazole, amoxicillin, bismuth potassium citrate, magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets and so on.
3. Gastric cancer: early gastric cancer can be treated with partial gastrectomy, and patients with progressive gastric cancer can be treated with radical resection or palliative surgery. In addition, radiotherapy and chemotherapy such as 5-fluorouracil can be used for auxiliary treatment.
