Does menstruation mean you are ovulating?

Having a period and having a regular period does not necessarily mean ovulation, clinically there are anovulatory periods. Therefore, the following tests can be done to find out if there is ovulation: 1. Use ovulation test strips to find out if ovulation test strips will show a strong positive result, starting on the 12th day of menstruation, using urine around 10 am, and testing every day until the 16th or 17th day of menstruation. If a strong positive result appears, ovulation will occur about 24-48 hours after the strong positive result appears.2. Monitor ovulation by ultrasound, also starting on the 12th day of menstruation, and again on the 14th and 16th day of menstruation, respectively, for ultrasound testing to understand the growth and development of follicles and to observe whether ovulation is occurring. If there is no ovulation, ovulation promotion treatment can be given by medication.
