Usually, you can be discharged from the hospital after 1 to 2 days after the imaging procedure. The imaging procedure is a minimally invasive intervention and is less invasive. After cardiac coronary angiography, if there is no severe stenosis in the coronary arteries, the patient does not need stent implantation or bypass surgery. The shape of the patient’s coronary arteries, the presence or absence of stenosis, and the degree and location of the stenosis can be determined by contrast imaging, which can be clearly presented. If there is no severe stenosis or stenting intervention or bypass surgery, the patient can simply end the angiogram and be observed after the procedure. After the procedure, patients need to compress the puncture point to stop bleeding for at least 6 hours, and try to avoid significant movement of the operated limb for 12 hours. After the angiography surgery, the condition is stable enough to be discharged from the hospital. After discharge, long-term oral medication can be taken as prescribed by the doctor to control the condition to avoid recurrence. If there is any other discomfort, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
