The number of days to take a strong positive test is determined by the number of days the embryos were transferred. If the embryo transferred is a day 3 embryo, a strong positive test will be taken 2 weeks after the transfer. If the transfer is a day 5 embryo, the test will be taken 12 days after the transfer. If the transfer is a day 6 blastocyst, take a pregnancy test 11 days after the transfer and also check the progesterone afterwards. If you are pregnant, do not stop the medication, but contact your doctor and add or subtract luteal support medication under your doctor’s guidance. Some patients who are pregnant with twins may be able to take a strong positive test a little earlier than the above days.
