Symptoms of nodular cirrhosis are roughly categorized into compensated and uncompensated stage of liver function. 1. Compensated stage: most patients are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms, such as abdominal discomfort, fatigue, loss of appetite, dyspepsia and diarrhea, etc., which are mostly intermittent, often appearing when they are tired, mentally stressed or accompanied by other diseases. 2. Loss of compensation stage: the symptoms are more obvious, and there are mainly two types of clinical manifestations: hepatic hypoplasia and portal hypertension. Hepatic hypoplasia will have symptoms such as poor digestion and absorption, malnutrition, jaundice, bleeding and anemia, endocrine disorders, etc. Portal hypertension often leads to bleeding from esophagogastric fundic varices, abdominal effusion, splenomegaly, hypersplenism and other symptoms. If the diagnosis is nodular cirrhosis, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time for targeted treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
