What does grade II renal tumor mean?

Renal tumors can be pathologically classified into various types, such as clear cell carcinoma, collecting duct carcinoma and eosinophilic cell carcinoma. The most common one is clear cell carcinoma. clear cell carcinoma can be divided into FURMAN tertiary system according to the division of cell nucleus and morphological differences, which is divided into primary, secondary and tertiary. FURMAN secondary represents renal tumor with moderate malignancy, and renal tumor with secondary means its prognosis is also average, and if it is tertiary, its prognosis is the worst. Therefore, if it is a renal tumor grade II, regular follow-up observation can be performed, and once signs of recurrence are found, timely treatment is needed.
