Treatment of intermittent cerebral infarction

Cavernous cerebral infarction is treated by controlling blood pressure and blood glucose, improving circulation, anti-platelet aggregation, and exercise therapy. 1. Control blood pressure and blood sugar. Diabetes mellitus and hypertension are one of the main causes of lacunar cerebral infarction, patients need to take oral antihypertensive and hypoglycemic drugs to stabilize blood pressure and blood sugar. Antihypertensive drugs include amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets and nifedipine controlled-release tablets; hypoglycemic drugs include acarbose and dagliflozin. 2. Improve circulation. Vinpocetine, guipizide and other drugs can be used to improve cerebral circulation. 3. Antiplatelet drugs. Representative drugs include aspirin enteric-coated tablets, clopidogrel tablets and other anti-platelet aggregation to prevent recurrence of cerebral infarction. 4. Rehabilitation treatment. If the patients have obvious limb dysfunction, they can be treated with occupational therapy and exercise therapy under the guidance of rehabilitation doctors. Cerebral infarction of lacunar infarction should be treated and medicated under the guidance of neurologist in order to avoid delaying the condition.
