Ease of embryo implantation in endometriosis

Embryo implantation is reduced in women with endometriosis compared to women with a normal endometrial environment. Embryo implantation is a complex process that requires localization, adhesion, and invasion for successful implantation. Patients with endometriosis, which affects the quality of oocytes and embryos, are prone to affecting the stability of the internal environment for fetal embryo growth and development, leading to developmental delay or even death. Endometriosis patients are prone to increased secretion of prostaglandins, which can easily lead to contractions, affecting the embryo’s ability to settle after pregnancy, leading to biochemical pregnancies or miscarriages, and so on. When a woman with endometriosis becomes pregnant, she must be treated by her doctor according to her specific condition and individualized treatment plan to improve the success rate of pregnancy.
