Diagnostic tools for routine breast cancer screening

Routine examination and diagnostic means of breast cancer are as follows: 1) clinical judgment by medical examination by specialist; 2) breast ultrasound examination: to understand the shape, size and nature of breast lumps as well as regional lymph node masses through ultrasound examination for benign and malignant judgment; 3) mammography: also known as mammography examination, through X examination, in addition to detecting the signs of breast lumps, it can also be used to determine the breast cancer by calcification foci before the lumps are formed. If there are patches or piles of unevenly sized calcifications in the breast, breast cancer should be suspected. 3. Ductoscopy: For nipple overflow, especially if the overflow is bloody and colored, the lesions in the duct should be seen through ductoscopy to determine the situation in the breast. 4. MRI of breast: For those with high-risk factors and family history, MRI should be used for examination and diagnosis.
