Symptoms of stomach tumors need to be determined by the nature of the tumor, benign tumors generally do not have obvious abnormalities, while malignant tumors will have abdominal distension, abdominal pain, blood in stool, emaciation and so on.
1. Benign tumors, generally benign stomach tumors grow slowly, so there will be no obvious clinical discomfort, and it is not easy to be detected, only the larger size of the tumor, the surrounding organs caused by extrusion, may appear abdominal distension, pain after eating and other manifestations, can be surgically resected.
2. Malignant tumor, early symptoms are not very obvious, mostly manifested as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, with the continuous spread and metastasis of cancer cells and the continuous growth of tumor, then there will be vomiting, blood in stools, weakness, emaciation and so on, and the patients in advanced stage will also have severe pain and ascites.
