What’s wrong with feeling a sound in your lungs when you breathe?

The sensation of a sound in the lungs when breathing occurs is a symptom of the patient’s respiratory system disease and is a self-subjective feeling of the patient. This condition is more common than not for respiratory diseases such as bronchitis, pneumonia, or even lung abscess. Due to the invasion of pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, leptospirosis, etc. by the decrease of resistance, there is a large amount of exudation of inflammatory secretions in the bronchi as well as in the alveoli. If the large amount of sputum sounds in the lungs are reduced or even disappear with coughing, it is common in bronchitis. If it does not decrease or disappear with coughing and is fixed in one part of the lung, this part should belong to the lung infection.
