Start measurement: Press the start measurement button, do not move or talk during the measurement, keep quiet and wait for the measurement result. Note that the wrist sphygmomanometer is not a common clinical blood pressure measuring instrument, the accuracy is not high, it is recommended to use the upper arm sphygmomanometer or go to the hospital for measurement.
