How to check routine secretions

It is a routine examination of the leukocytes, which is usually done by opening the vagina with a dildo, exposing the cervix, and then using a clean swab to take the leukocytes from the posterior vaginal vault for testing to see if there are various pathogenic infections, mainly for the presence of mycobacteria, clue cells, or trichomonas in the discharge. For women who are not sexually active, if there are abnormalities in the discharge, you can consider taking the leucorrhoea specifically from the vaginal opening for testing, when you cannot use a dildo, and you can usually check the discharge for inflammation.
