How to Treat Goosefoot Tendon Injury

Goosefoot tendon goose is located in the medial side of the knee joint, after the injury, general treatment, drug treatment, surgical treatment and other methods should be selected according to the degree of injury for treatment.
1. General treatment: rest immediately after the injury, strict braking, plaster or brace can be used for external fixation, avoid weight-bearing exercise or strenuous exercise, ice packs can be taken within 72 hours after the injury to reduce local edema.
