If the leucorrhea is tofu-like and itchy, in the absence of a clinical allergy, it is recommended that it be treated with a mycophenolate suppository inserted into the vagina. If there is a history of allergy to mycophenolate suppositories, it is recommended to treat with clotrimazole suppositories inserted into the vagina for one week or until the clinical symptoms disappear completely. Because this condition is clinically a vulvovaginal pseudomycosis caused by Candida albicans infection, which can be transmitted through sexual contact, it is not allowed to have sexual intercourse until the symptoms disappear and the laboratory tests are not turned negative. The disease is prone to recurrence, so the treatment must be thorough, and only after the clinical symptoms disappear and the three laboratory tests are negative is the clinical condition considered cured.
