The difference between weight loss and fat loss

Weight loss and fat loss are two different concepts, the main differences are as follows: First, weight loss is weight loss, but the overall shape of the body does not necessarily change; fat loss is the reduction of fat accumulation, weight loss does not necessarily have to be reduced, but the body shape has changed. Second, fat loss does not necessarily reduce weight, the volume of fat is very large, the same weight of fat volume is much larger than muscle, so the fat content, the body is easy to look bloated, successful fat loss will not necessarily have a lot of weight loss, but the body shape will be more shapely. Third, weight loss is not necessarily able to reduce body fat content, it is possible to lose water; but fat loss will result in a significant reduction in body fat content. So the real effective way to lose weight is to reduce the body subcutaneous and visceral fat accumulation through fat loss, and to increase muscle strength by increasing the amount of exercise. Effective weight loss may not necessarily result in significant weight loss, but the body fat content and body shape will be significantly improved.
