The drug composition, indications and contraindications of Qinglong Granules and Ba Zheng San are different. For example, in the drug composition, clear shower granules is a Chinese patent medicine, composed of mouton, quomai, gardenia, salt psyllium and so on; Bazheng san is a formula, composed of mouton, knotgrass, gardenia kernel, quomai, talc and so on.
The efficacy of the two are diarrhea, clearing heat, gonorrhea and diuresis, but there is a difference in the indications, clearing the gonorrhea granules can be used for bladder dampness and heat caused by the retention of urine (urination dripping or urination), gonorrhea (urination increased, gonorrhea acerbic pain), the symptoms of frequent and astringent urination and gonorrhea, abdominal distension and fullness, dry mouth and pharynx.
Bazheng San can be used for damp-heat gonorrhea, symptoms of frequent urination and urgency, astringent pain when drowning, dysuria, dark red urine, or even retention of urine, acute fullness of the abdomen, dry mouth and throat, yellowish fur on the tongue and slippery pulse.
In the contraindications, Qinglong Pellet adverse reactions are not clear, pregnant women should not take, the frail should not serve; eight Zhengsan contraindications and adverse reactions are not clear.
