Patients are advised to keep their heads down and pinch the sides of their noses when they have a nosebleed to act as a pressure to stop the bleeding. If any blood accidentally flows inside the throat, try to spit it out. It is best to actively go to the hospital for examination and treatment to clarify the site of nosebleed, and consider nasal stuffing or stopping the bleeding with electrocoagulation, and the symptoms of nosebleed will improve after active treatment.
