Plasmacytoid endometrial cancer mostly occurs in atrophic endometrium. It should be evaluated before treatment, and neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgical treatment and postoperative adjuvant treatment should be given according to the situation. 1. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy: a limited course of systemic or local chemotherapy is given before surgery or radiotherapy to reduce the size of the tumor, so as to win the chance for surgery and improve the tumor clearance rate. Surgery should be performed after preoperative ultraviolet chemotherapy. 2. Surgical treatment: the progression-free survival and overall survival of patients with plasma endometrial cancer who have undergone comprehensive staging surgery are higher than those who have not undergone comprehensive staging surgery, so comprehensive staging surgery is recommended. 3. Postoperative adjuvant treatment: (1) Radiotherapy: The general principle of postoperative radiotherapy is highly individualized. At present, paclitaxel + carboplatin is recommended as the first choice of chemotherapy. Radiotherapy can choose tumor-targeted radiotherapy according to the situation. (2) Targeted therapy: Bevacizumab can be used for the treatment of patients with recurrence and advanced metastasis. Plasmacytoid endometrial cancer is a type of endometrial cancer, which should be fully evaluated by doctors before treatment and individualized plan should be chosen. In most patients, quality of life can be improved with aggressive treatment.
