If there is bleeding during intercourse 3 days after menstruation, if the bleeding is only a little bit, it may be caused by inflammation, or it may be caused by rupture of small capillaries in the cervix or lateral wall of the vagina. If you have had bleeding during intercourse in the past and have had repeated bleeding during intercourse, it may be caused by cervical lesions or cervical erosion, in which case you need to come to the hospital for cancer screening, including TCT and HPV, and if there are problems with either TCT or HPV, further colposcopy may be needed. If the colposcopy is suspected to be positive, cervical tissue may need to be taken for laboratory tests and the pathology results will be available before deciding on the next step of treatment. Most of the occasional bleeding during intercourse is not a big problem and can be observed.
