The solution to cold and nasal congestion with ginger

Not all types of cold and nasal congestion can be solved with ginger. The solution for wind-cold cold and nasal congestion is to take ginger internally in decoction or pounded juice; other types of cold and nasal congestion caused by ginger have inaccurate efficacy.
Ginger has the effect of relieving cold (removing cold from the muscle surface), warming and stopping vomiting (treating vomiting caused by stomach cold by warming the spleen and stomach), warming the lungs and relieving cough, and detoxifying, which is effective in treating wind-cold cold, cold spleen and stomach, and lung-cold cough. The adverse reactions and contraindications of this product are not clear at present.
