Emergency care for acute trauma

The first aid nursing measures for acute trauma include: 1. firstly, get the patient out of the dangerous environment and move to a safe place before further treatment. 2. judge whether the patient has respiratory and cardiac arrest, if the patient has respiratory and cardiac arrest, immediately lay the patient flat on the flat ground and perform chest cardiac compressions and artificial respiration; if the respiratory and cardiac arrest does not occur, clean the foreign body in the mouth and keep the respiratory tract 3. Apply simple dressing to the wound to stop bleeding. If a tourniquet is applied to stop bleeding, the time of tourniquet application should be recorded. 4.Simple immobilization of the limb suspected of having a fracture to avoid damage to surrounding blood vessels, nerves and other tissues caused by abnormal activities. 5.Pay attention to protecting the cervical and lumbar vertebrae when handling to avoid excessive twisting and causing paraplegia of the lower limbs.
