Hepatocellular carcinoma is a malignant tumor occurring in liver, which is mostly related to alcohol consumption and viral hepatitis. Early stage usually has no symptom or atypical symptom, and there may be gastrointestinal symptoms lacking specificity such as loss of appetite, abdominal distension, nausea etc., and persistent hidden pain and distension in right upper abdomen or middle and upper abdomen etc., which may be accompanied with low fever, hypercalcemia and hypoglycemia, coughing up sputum is not an early manifestation of hepatocellular carcinoma. When feeling obvious discomfort, the condition mostly progresses to middle or late stage, and the prognosis is relatively poor. When liver cancer is found, it is recommended to actively standardize the treatment at an early stage to prolong the survival time. Because of the high recurrence rate of liver cancer, close observation and follow-up should be conducted after complete remission.
