Breast cancer grade IV is the advanced stage of cancer, when the disease is more advanced and can only be treated with surgery and chemotherapy. It is also a time when breast cancer may have spread and needs to be controlled by drugs and other means, and is less likely to be cured.
Breast cancer is graded by the size and shape of the lesion. A grade 4 breast cancer means that the lesion is large and irregular in shape and that the surrounding area may be diseased. The patient should seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
There are two types of treatment for grade IV breast cancer. If the patient has no significant lesions in other parts of the body and no organ failure, the patient can be treated with total surgery and chemotherapy to control the spread of cancer cells. The main purpose of conservative treatment is to regulate the body and check and kill cancer cells through chemotherapy, and patients can regulate their bodies in this way and wait for their bodies to recover before they can undergo surgery.
