There is no such thing as the most dispelling of dampness. Chenpi can be used in the same way as Cangzhu and Houpu to treat cold and dampness obstructing the spleen and stomach.
Chenpi is a traditional Chinese medicine with the same origin as food and medicine. When used as a traditional Chinese medicine, it has the efficacy of drying dampness and resolving phlegm (expelling dampness by drying dampness and dissolving phlegm), strengthening the spleen and regulating qi.
Chenpi can be a good treatment for dampness obstruction in the spleen and stomach, stagnant qi of vomiting and diarrhea with low food intake, epigastric distension (a feeling of swelling and bulging in the stomach and abdomen), and can be used in conjunction with Cangzhu and Houpu to treat cold and dampness obstruction in the spleen and stomach, and it is also an important medicine for treating damp phlegm and cold phlegm, and is often used in conjunction with hemixia and Poria for treating damp phlegm and coughs.
It can be used to treat damp obstruction of the spleen and stomach, stagnation of qi with scanty food, vomiting and diarrhea, distention and fullness in the epigastric region; damp phlegm and cold phlegm, coughing with excessive phlegm; vomiting, eructation (hiccups); and thoracic paralysis (tightness and pain in the chest).
If there is dampness in the body, it is recommended to go to a regular medical institution for medical treatment.
