Clinical symptoms: ① Chest pain is the most common symptom of pleurisy. ② Exudative pleurisy has clinical manifestations such as chest pain, cough, chest tightness and fever. ③Tuberculous pleurisy (dry or exudative) has chest pain, dry cough and dyspnea, and symptoms of tuberculosis toxicity, such as malaise, fever, and night sweats. 2. Auxiliary examination: ① chest CT examination can find pleural effusion, pleural adhesion and pleural thickening. ② Pleural fluid examination can identify pleurisy caused by inflammatory, tuberculosis or tumor. 3. Medical history: pleurisy is mostly caused by pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer and immune system diseases.
