Eczema dermatitis is an allergic, inflammatory skin disease. Eczematous dermatitis is an inflammation of the superficial dermis and epidermis caused by a variety of endogenous and exogenous factors. The etiology of the disease is unclear and may be related to the interaction of a variety of internal and external factors, such as chronic infectious lesions (tonsillitis), food (fish and shrimp), inhalants (pollen and mites), and in a few cases, may be mediated by a delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction. In the early or acute phase, symptoms such as patches of erythema, dense or scattered papules or small blisters appear on the skin surface, and in severe cases, oozing or vesicles may be present, accompanied by a manifestation of intense itching. Treatment can be prescribed by the use of mometasone furoate, halometasone and other glucocorticosteroid cream, oozing more can be used boric acid solution or isacridine solution and other cold wet compresses. During the treatment period, the diet should be light, do not eat spicy stimulating food, quit smoking and alcohol, at the same time need to pay attention to, do not scratch the affected area, so as to avoid secondary infection, so that the condition is further aggravated.
