Is the normal range of blood count the same for men and women?

Routine blood test is one of the most basic and general hematology tests, the routine blood report is divided into 26 items, its normal reference range is the same for most men and women, only the two indicators of anemia, red blood cell count and hemoglobin concentration, the normal reference range for men and women are different. The normal reference range for hemoglobin concentration is 115-150 g/L for women and 130-170 g/L for men, and the normal reference range for red blood cell count is (3.8-5.1) × 10^12/L for women and (4.3-5.8) × 10^12/L for men, except for red blood cell count and hemoglobin concentration. The normal reference ranges for men and women are exactly the same except for the two indicators to determine whether a patient is anemic, namely, red blood cell count and hemoglobin concentration.
