Positive cervical biopsy under colposcopy may be cervical low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, cervical high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, cervical cancer, etc. It is recommended to perform cervical conization or radical cervical cancer surgery according to the pathological results.
1. Low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia: patients with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia are advised to keep a good mindset, strengthen resistance and follow up closely.
2. High-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia: High-grade intraepithelial neoplasia requires further cervical circumferential electrosurgery and cervical cold knife conization.
3. Cervical cancer: once cervical cancer is detected, surgical treatment should be carried out immediately. For early stage cervical cancer with infiltration depth less than 5mm, cervical cold knife conization is feasible. For early stage cervical cancer with infiltration depth less than 5mm, cold knife conization of the cervix is feasible. If the infiltration depth is more than or equal to 5mm, radical cervical surgery is needed.
