What kind of exercise is not allowed during rabies vaccination?

Strenuous exercise is not recommended during the rabies vaccination period. Strenuous exercise can affect a person’s immunity, such as running more than 1000m, or swimming for more than an hour, or performing aerobic exercise such as climbing for more than an hour. It is important to maintain a normal routine and a balanced diet during the vaccination period. The vaccination requires a total of five shots over a period of one month, and the rabies vaccine is the only effective weapon that humans have to defend themselves against rabies virus infection. Five shots are usually given on the day of the dog bite, the third day, the seventh day, the 14th day and the 28th day. After the rabies vaccination, effective antibodies to the rabies virus are produced to protect against rabies infection.
