How to treat chronic urinary diversion

Long-term urinary divergence is considered to be caused by pathologic reasons. First of all, the most common in male patients is chronic prostatitis. Chronic prostatitis, generally leads to frequent urination, urinary urgency, urinary pain, and urinary divergence. If abnormal urination occurs, chronic prostatitis patients should take oral levofloxacin and tamsulosin hydrochloride. Usually avoid sitting for a long time, hold urine, eat less spicy and stimulating food, to quit smoking, quit drinking, pay attention to keep warm in winter, sexual life should be regular. In addition, urinary divergence may also be caused by urethral stenosis. This can be treated by urethral dilatation or urethral stricture anastomosis surgery through the urethra. Long-term urinary divergence may also be caused by chronic inflammation of the urethra. Due to chronic inflammation of the urethra, the urethra is prone to adhesion, easy to form urethral stricture, resulting in urinary diversion. Anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment is needed.
