Decameron is widely used in China as a traditional good tonic and health supplement, and its efficacy is very positive and its application is widespread. However, its utilization is still somewhat limited due to its poor taste. Due to the development and utilization of microbial fermentation in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, the prospect of traditional Chinese medicine is getting wider and wider, but from the articles published in recent years at home and abroad, most of them discuss the functional changes of traditional Chinese medicine before and after fermentation, and the fermentation method is deliberately introduced a certain strain of bacteria, and the fermentation time is only a short week or two weeks at most. None of the papers have mentioned the taste changes of Chinese medicine before and after fermentation so far. We use the pure natural fermentation method to ferment the Ten Perfect Tonic formula, not only the original function is greatly enhanced, but also new and better therapeutic effects appear, and the annoying taste of the medicine is completely changed, now try to discuss from the following aspects. 1, the composition and efficacy of the traditional ten whole tonic formula and pharmacology 1, the composition of the ten whole tonic formula, contained in the Song Dynasty Shaoxing years of the “Taiping Huimin and Ji Bureau formula”, through more than 800 years of clinical practice, has been enduring, is China’s treasure house of medicine in the combination of the classic remedy. Among them, the oldest was 76 years old and the youngest was 20 years old, 21 cases were female and 9 cases were male. Twenty-two of the cases were Korean and eight were Chinese. (2) Methods The subjects were all sub-healthy. Two cases of mild diarrhea stopped immediately after taking the medicine once; e. Five cases of physical weakness, after 15 days of continuous consumption, symptoms such as pallor, dizziness, spontaneous sweating, body fatigue, etc. improved significantly and basically disappeared after one month; f. (4) Discussion From the above results, we can preliminarily judge that the function and taste of Ten Perfect Tonic Fermented Liquid have changed greatly. a. The taste of food becomes sour after fermentation. We added sugar in the fermentation process of Ten Perfect Tonic, so it became sweet and sour after fermentation, but more sour and less sweet. Therefore, it tastes better after adding honey. No matter hot or chilled, the taste is not worse than the drink Yakult b. Tonic in the middle, strengthen the spleen and eliminate food. Can help digestion and absorption, improve appetite, and can eliminate stomach and epigastric pain. Taking Ten Perfect Tonic Fermented Liquid can quickly relieve the pain of gastric and epigastric distension caused by improper diet or cold, and reduce the burden of the stomach.
