There can be the following signs before the end of breast cancer in advanced stage: 1. Generalized swelling. Breast cancer patients with advanced hypoproteinemia and lymphatic reflux obstruction may lead to generalized swelling, which may cause pre-renal oliguria, renal impairment, anuria, renal failure and eventually death. 2. Pain. Breast cancer with bone metastases and other internal metastases in the whole body in advanced stage may manifest as severe pain, pain intolerance, and eventually death due to painful shock. 3. Nausea and vomiting, unstable walking. Brain metastasis of breast cancer may manifest as nausea and vomiting, severe headache, unstable walking, increased intracranial pressure, and eventually cause brain herniation and death.
