There is no such thing as three flavors of herbs that disperse nodules. There are many herbs that have the effect of dispersing nodules, such as Hanxia, Tiannanxing, Zhebeimu and so on. 1. Semixia: it has the effect of drying dampness and resolving phlegm (removing phlegm from the body by drying dampness), lowering the rebelliousness and stopping vomiting (stopping the upward rush of gastric qi, stopping vomiting), and eliminating lumps and dispersing nodules (eliminating the lumps and nodules). It is used in treating damp phlegm and cold phlegm, cough and phlegm, causing vertigo and palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), wind-phlegm vertigo, phlegm-convulsive headache (headache caused by phlegm obstructing the qi), vomiting and regurgitation, chest and epigastric constipation, prune nucleus qi (similar to pharyngeal hypersensitivity); and externally treating carbuncle, swelling, phlegm and nucleus (subcutaneous swelling of lumps such as nuclei). Half-summer should not be used with aconite drugs, the adverse effects are not clear. 2. Tiannanxing: has the effect of dispersing knots and swelling, but also has the effect of drying dampness and resolving phlegm, dispelling wind and stopping spasm (through the dispersal of wind to treat spasms and other symptoms), dispersing knots and swelling; used for intractable phlegm cough, phlegm and vertigo, hemiplegia (one side of the limbs can not be free movement), epilepsy and so on. Adverse reactions are not clear, pregnant women should be used with caution. 3. Phellodendron Bidentata: It has the effect of clearing away heat, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, detoxifying and dispersing nodules to eliminate carbuncle (evacuating nodules and eliminating carbuncle toxins). It is used for coughing due to wind-heat, coughing due to phlegm-fire, lung carbuncle, mammary carbuncle, scrofula (mainly refers to cervical lymph node tuberculosis), and sores and poisons. It should not be used with aconite drugs. Precautions and adverse reactions are not known. Before using Chinese medicine, it is necessary to ask the doctor for identification and use it under the doctor’s guidance, so as to avoid improper use of medicine and delay of the condition.
