The best time to take your blood pressure three times a day

The best time to measure blood pressure three times a day is usually after waking up in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening before going to bed in a quiet state.
Normal people’s blood pressure will have two peaks a day, at 08:00 and 20:00. It is recommended not to deliberately avoid measuring blood pressure at peak times, as it can objectively reflect the level of blood pressure.
1. First time: It is recommended to measure blood pressure in the morning before breakfast, i.e. 8:00~10:00, which helps to understand the effect of lowering blood pressure in the previous day and whether the level of morning hypertension peak is within the control range.
2. Second time: It is recommended to choose the afternoon for blood pressure measurement, i.e. 14:00~16:00 points.
3. Third time: It is recommended to perform blood pressure measurement in the evening before going to bed, i.e. 20:00~22:00 points, which helps to know whether the blood pressure is under control or appears too low during the period of peak hypertension before going to bed.
