How long does it take for clotrimazole suppositories to melt away

Clotrimazole suppositories, also called clotrimazole vaginal tablets, are placed in the vagina at an interval of three days before they melt away. In other words, if you need to put a second tablet, after the first tablet, there is an interval of three days and the second tablet is put in the fourth day, so this tablet has a very long duration of action and melts slowly in the vagina. This medicine is used for the treatment of mycosis fungoides, one tablet for a course of treatment, and in general two courses of treatment are needed. In the case of recurrent mycosis, the duration of treatment is 3-6 months, i.e. one course of treatment after each menstrual period after the first regular treatment.
