Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, a common disease in elderly patients, often has obvious individual variability in prognosis, different individuals, different conditions, the patient’s prognosis has obvious differences. Nowadays, the technology can allow the disease to be controlled for a longer period of time, and the survival time of most patients can reach more than 10 years, but the prognosis for high-risk patients will be worse. 1. For low-risk patients, early observation is the mainstay, and there are some new drugs on the market, such as B-cell receptor inhibitors such as ibrutinib, which have greatly improved the overall efficacy of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and can achieve long-term survival. 2. For high-risk patients, the prognosis is poor. Patients who do not receive treatment or whose treatment is ineffective may have their lives jeopardized in a short period of time due to, for example, high leukocyte stasis syndrome. In general, the earlier the detection, diagnosis and treatment, the better the prognosis. It is recommended that patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia go to the hospital as soon as possible to prolong their survival by actively cooperating with the doctor’s treatment.
