A white vaginal discharge before the patient’s menstruation is not necessarily pregnancy. According to the nature of the discharge, the patient’s other clinical symptoms and signs, this situation suggests three main possibilities: first, physiological increased leucorrhea before the patient’s menstruation. In this case, the increase is limited to the amount of leucorrhea, the color and odor of the leucorrhea are normal, and the patient mostly has no other discomfort. Second, consider that the patient may be pregnant. The physiological increase in leucorrhea can also occur after pregnancy, mainly because after pregnancy with the increase in progesterone levels, the patient’s uterus enlarges, pelvic congestion, resulting in the secretion of the reproductive tract secretion glands and caused by the exuberant. In this case, the increase in leucorrhea is only an increase in quantity, the color and smell of leucorrhea are mostly normal, and the patient does not have itching discomfort. However, the patient is mostly accompanied by nausea, vomiting, weakness, drowsiness and other early pregnancy reactions. Thirdly, it is considered pathological leucorrhea, such as gynecological inflammatory diseases or cervical lesions. In this case, it is often accompanied by abnormal odor of leucorrhea or local itching discomfort, so gynecological internal examination and leucorrhea test are needed to confirm the diagnosis.
