The effective date of cervical vaccine maintenance is not yet supported by experimental data. The cervical vaccine is effective in preventing human papillomavirus HPV infection and can reduce the incidence of cervical cancer, preventing more than 90% of cervical cancer. However, the effective duration of the vaccination has not been finalized for the time being. The cervical vaccine can produce an immune response against the HPV virus. Some studies have shown that it can last at least 10 years; some experts believe that studies have suggested that the vaccination can be effective for up to 50 years. The nine-valent vaccine appeared relatively late, so there are no exact statistics on how long immunity can be produced. Different people have different body types and may have different response abilities. Therefore, even after receiving the cervical vaccine, patients are still advised to go to the hospital regularly for cervical cancer screening.
