Two people have been married for so long, how come they still can’t have a baby?

In order to maintain a normal population turnover and promote social harmony and stability, the state has fully liberalized the birth of two children, some comrades want to respond extremely to the national policy, but why is there not enough heart? This situation is very common nowadays, and studies show that 15% of married couples will experience infertility. There is still controversy about the time of infertility, according to the actual situation in our country, the couple generally live together for more than one year, have a normal sexual life, and do not use contraception without pregnancy this is called infertility. The causes of infertility include the following four aspects: 1) female causes; 2) male causes; 3) common male and female causes; 4) unknown causes. Among the infertility patients, male or female causes alone account for about 35%, male and female common causes account for about 10%, and unknown causes of infertility account for about 10% to 17%. Female causes: mainly due to damaged or blocked fallopian tubes, cervical dysplasia, inflammation and tumor of the cervix, endometriosis, etc. Male causes: mainly due to insufficient sperm count, insufficient sperm motility (less than 25% of fast forward sperm), high sperm malformation rate (greater than 70%), impotence, ejaculation disorder, dead sperm, retrograde ejaculation and hematospermia. Both men and women have causes. Other causes: mainly refers to both men and women who have been examined and both have no obvious organic changes and both physical and chemical examinations are normal, but cannot conceive. The diagnosis and treatment of infertility patients has its own characteristics. The diagnosis and treatment of such patients may be due to sperm quality problems in men or menstrual problems in women, to name a few. These patients are often referred to Prof. Zeng’s clinic because they have been treated by many doctors without any effect. Three steps of infertility diagnosis and treatment: 1. Both men and women undergo relevant examinations to see if there are any abnormalities in the patient’s experimental value indicators and auxiliary examinations. 2.Conduct clinical treatment and further explore the problem so that the patient’s condition is relieved and the lab tests such as sex hormones, sperm quality and gynecological ultrasound are normal. 3.Adjustment of menstrual cycle and quality for women, non-organic male diseases for men, etc. through medication, dietary therapy, reproductive health guidance, etc., and adjustment of lifestyle so that both men and women can reach the best physical and mental state to promote pregnancy.
