Whether chronic enteritis diarrhea can be cured can not be generalized. For chronic enteritis with a clear cause, it can be cured after standardized treatment.

Chronic course, mostly more than 4~6 weeks, and for lifelong recurrent disease. Mild prognosis is better, heavy, acute onset, accompanied by other complications and older than 60 years old, the prognosis is not good, difficult to cure.
3. Crohn’s disease: the cause of the disease is not yet clear, and most of the drug treatment to control the disease activity, but easy to relapse, more difficult to cure.
