Bowel adenocarcinoma is the more common pathological type of bowel cancer. For bowel adenocarcinoma, it is categorized into small bowel adenocarcinoma and large bowel adenocarcinoma. Those that can be treated surgically are treated with a comprehensive treatment plan based on surgical radical treatment. Small bowel adenocarcinoma is relatively rare, and the common one is duodenal adenocarcinoma, and the surgery may require pancreaticoduodenectomy, which is a relatively large scope of the surgery, and the surgical trauma is relatively large and the recovery is difficult. In the case of other types, such as adenocarcinoma of the colon, surgery is used for radical treatment, mainly for colon cancer.
