How to measure follicles

Monitoring follicles is mainly to increase a woman’s chances of getting pregnant. Follicles can be monitored by measuring basal body temperature, ovulation test paper, vaginal ultrasound, and cervical mucus method. 1. Measurement of basal body temperature: women can monitor follicles by monitoring changes in body temperature during a menstrual cycle, and if the temperature is found to be biphasic, this generally suggests that there is normal ovulation. 2. Ovulation test paper: women can also be detected by ovulation test paper, if the ovulation test paper test reaches a strong positive, generally suggests that ovulation is about to occur, but the results of the test paper monitoring there are often some deviation. 3. Vaginal ultrasound: women can monitor their follicles by ultrasound from the 11th day of their menstrual cycle until the follicle reaches maturity, at which time coitus can also increase the chances of pregnancy. 4. Cervical mucus method: When a woman is close to ovulation, the cervical mucus secretion increases and is egg-white and elastic. By monitoring the mucus, the follicles can also be roughly detected. Clinical monitoring of follicles by transvaginal ultrasound is still the main method, and is also more accurate. If a woman wants to monitor her follicles better and increase her chances of getting pregnant, she should go to a regular hospital for vaginal ultrasound monitoring.
