What should I do if I have a wind-heat cold and fever?

Wind fever and cold fever can be physical cooling fever, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, antipyretic drugs and other treatments. 1. Antipyretics and other treatments: If the body temperature is more than 38.5℃ and physical cooling and traditional Chinese medicine treatment are ineffective, acetaminophen tablets and other antipyretics can be used. Adverse reactions are occasionally seen rash or itching, hives, drug fever, leukopenia (such as granulocytopenia) and thrombocytopenia or the appearance of unexplained bruising or bleeding. Overdose of acetaminophen can cause severe liver injury. It is contraindicated in severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
