The survival time of postoperative pancreatic cancer patients cannot be generalized, and it is mainly closely related to the clinical stage. Generally speaking, the five-year survival rate of patients with stage I is about 90%, that of patients with stage II and IIIA is about 60%~70%, that of patients with stage IIIB and IIIC is only about 25%, and that of patients with stage IV is less than 10%. In addition, the survival time of postoperative pancreatic cancer patients is affected by many clinical factors, such as pathological staging, patient’s physical strength score, surgical standardization, postoperative adjuvant therapy and even the patient’s own psychological state. Generally speaking, if the patient’s stage is early, the malignancy of pancreatic cancer is low, the surgery is standardized, the postoperative auxiliary treatment is standardized, the patient’s psychological quality is good, and the patient’s physical strength score is good, the patient’s prognosis will be better, and the survival time will be longer.
