What’s with the uterine cramps?

Uterine cramps may be associated with dysmenorrhea, uterine dysplasia, and uterine shedding.
1. Dysmenorrhea: For those who have primary and secondary dysmenorrhea, there may be symptoms of uterine cramps due to the attack of dysmenorrhea, which causes the surface of the muscular layer of the uterus, to contract strongly.
2. Uterine dysplasia: some patients may suffer from uterine dysplasia, which may affect the normal function of the uterus, cause imbalance of the coordination of uterine tissues, and cause cervical spasms when the uterus contracts.
3. Abnormal position of the uterus: the uterus is usually located in a fixed position in the abdomen, when a woman has uterine prolapse, uteropelvic adhesions, etc., after detaching from the normal position, it may cause obstruction of uterine blood circulation, resulting in uterine stimulation caused by uterine spasms.
Uterine spasms may also have other causes, which need to be examined by the doctor to determine the cause before treatment and therapy.
